What is CrossFit?
Crossfit is the strength and conditioning program that will get you in great shape. It can help you achieve phenomenal fitness results and get the body you want.
CrossFit is scalable for every one no matter your age, injury, or condition. Every work out we do can be scaled to accommodate your fitness level.
Getting Started
To get started with Crossfit, you have the option of taking our 3 week (9 session) beginner classes called On Ramp or work with a Crossfit instructor for 3 private sessions.
Begin with Group Training | On RampWe have a new On Ramp class start every 4 weeks. It is always scheduled M/W/F from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM and lasts for 3 weeks. If this does not fit into your schedule than we offer private sessions that can work around your schedule. The cost for On Ramp is $99. To sign up you can come into the gym or pay online.
Begin with Personal TrainingIf you prefer to work in a 1 on 1 setting or you have a schedule conflict with On Ramp you can work with one of our certified Crossfit Instructors. It will usually take 3 one hour private sessions with an instructor before joining the regularly scheduled Crossfit group classes. The cost of the three sessions is $150. Private sessions are by done by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule one.
FAQ
I'm already fit, can I skip On Ramp and Private training?Does Kipping, Tabata, Thrusters, and GHD sound foreign to you? If so, than our introductory On Ramp and Private sessions are necessary to getting the most out of our program.
I've done CrossFit before.Great! If you have been Crossfitting in another gym you just might be able to jump right into our group classes. Call us or come in and we will have a trainer evaluate your movement and skill level to see if you can bypass On Ramp.
Do I need to be serious athlete to participate?Crossfit is extremely scalable. We train office workers, police officers, student, stay at home moms, retirees , college athletes, and many more people from various vocations.
