Zvi Kowit

Zvi Kowit is our head Krav Maga black belt instructor here at One World. He began training Krav Maga in Philadelphia in 1982 at the young age of 11. Zvi was extremely motivated and devoted student during his youth and started teaching Krav when he was 14-years-old! He trained under Alan Feldman and achieved black belt rank in Krav Maga in 1991. At the time, there were few black belts in the United States. Zvi moved to California in 1991 and received his engineering degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 2000. Zvi brings 23 years of Krav Maga experience to One World Self Defense and Fitness and he is constantly striving to better himself and his students both mentally and physically to be the best they can be. Zvi is a certified CrossFit instructor and currently holds a blue belt in BJJ under Mike Prudencio.
