What is One World Self Defense and Fitness?
One World is a self defense and fitness gym that specializes various training programs to help individuals meet their self defense and fitness goals. We utilize the CrossFit methodology as the basis of our Strength and Condition program. Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu are the basis of our Self Defense program.

When can I come to check out the facility?
The best time come in is Monday through Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. This is the busiest time of the day and you can get a sneak peak of how the classes are conducted. Here are the directions.
If you're unable to meet during those times, please call us to schedule an appointment at (510) 324-8153.

How intense are the classes?
Your safety is our priority. We will work with you in three stages: 1) Mechanics - learning how to perform movements correctly 2) Consistency - ensuring you are able to do the movements over and over again with safe technique 3) Intensity - speed at which you perform the movements.
Each of our programs offered can be scaled to suit each individual's needs.

Do you have shower facilities?
Yes! We have a men's and women's bathrooms with showers.

How do I sign up?
Come visit our facility yourself. We will give you a tour and inform you of the various programs we have to cater to your needs. When you're ready, we can sign you up in less than 10 minutes.

Do you offer any free classes or trials?
Of course! Every Sunday we have a Free CrossFit Class at 10:00 A.M. We also offer free introductions to Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu which can be scheduled by contacting us.
